1) Make an appointment

To start the claim process first you have to do is, make a call 0406346699 or submit an application to Hill Top Refunds. Once you make an appointment one of our consultant will contact you soon. 

2) Submit your documents

You can attach all your documents online through our application. Please make sure the details are correct and clear. If you submit wrong or unclear details, claim processing time will be delayed.

3) Ensure and confirm the details

After you submit the documents through our online platform our consultants will check them in detail and if something needs to clarify or required more proof of documents, they will contact you and guide you what you need to do further.

4) Dealing with the government

Once all the required documents gathered, we will contact the government and submit your document to them and take necessary steps to claim your money on behalf of you. You can sit back and relax as we manage the whole process for you. Yeah! don’t get stress, we’ll update you while the application is processing.

5) Paying the commission

We will charge 20% of your claim as our professional fee.

6) Claim your money

Once we receive the funds into our trust account, we will deduct our commission for the professional service and we will immediately transfer the remaining funds to your nominated account.
